Humanitarian Aid International (HAI) & LOCAL

Humanitarian Aid International (HAI), through its LOCAL platform, is launching DATA for the wider humanitarian community in India to publish their financial data in the public domain for optimum accountability and transparency.

LOCAL (Local Organisations' Coalition for Advancing Localisation), is a platform of small and grassroots Indian organisations, promoted by HAI for strengthening the local humanitarian response mechanism by strengthening local and national Indian NGOs.

Financial Management Service Foundation (FMSF)

DATA will be hosted by Financial Management Service Foundation (FMSF). FMSF is a Resource Organisation, which seeks to promote accountability.

Since 1995, FMSF has been working towards building capacities of civil sector organizations in the area of Governance, Financial Management, and Legal Compliance. FMSF is a pioneer organization providing a comprehensive range of services and resources to build robust systems and enhance organizational effectiveness of the development organizations by focusing on the areas of governance, financial management, and legal compliance.

Development of DATA

DATA was developed by HAI with support from LOCAL members and FMSF with technical support from IndiaInternets and funding support from Vitol Foundation.
